Karen is a certified HR professional with more than two decades of progressive experience across human resources, people operations, and business analysis. Most recently, she served as Director of HR at ProArch Technologies, where she was a key member of the HR leadership team.

Her background includes strategic workforce planning, employee engagement, benefits administration, compliance, performance management, talent acquisition, and complex employee relations. Throughout her career, Karen has demonstrated a strong commitment to building effective HR programs that support both employees and the organization.
