Mortgage Industry Executive Deborah Rodriguez Joins OSC


OSC, an established lender-placed insurance and tracking technology company of Breckenridge Group, welcomes Deborah (Debe) Rodriguez as a senior vice president of national accounts. Debe has held diverse leadership roles in the mortgage industry spanning insurance, tax, loan closing, and operations over her 25-year career. She will oversee integrated lender-placed insurance programs for select OSC clients.

Previously, Debe was a senior vice president insurance and tax manager at Truist, formerly SunTrust, and had worked closely with OSC as a vendor partner for over 20 years. She additionally oversaw wholesale lending operations, commercial credit services, doc preparation and exceptions, and corporate loan operations and served as a manager in commercial loan operations early in her career. She has additionally worked for Bank Atlantic in commercial loan operations and most recently as a client success manager for Lereta, a tax and flood services provider.
