OSC Acquires Protective General Insurance Services and Welcomes Russell Hall


ATLANTA, Ga., September 30, 2020 — OSC, an established lender-placed insurance and tracking technology company of Breckenridge Group, recently completed the acquisition of Protective General Insurance Services (PGIS), a provider of similar solutions serving Texas since 1989. As president and CEO of PGIS, Russell Hall now joins OSC as a senior vice president of business development.

Hall joined PGIS in 2010 as executive vice president of sales and marketing, and subsequently helped grow the organization to be a premier provider of lender-placed insurance and collateral tracking solutions for financial institutions with real estate and auto portfolios in the Texas region. His areas of expertise include credit unions, community banks, regional banks and auto finance companies. Nearly 20 clients have seamlessly transitioned to OSC as part of this transaction.
