For nearly 20 years, Ray has been instrumental in member-driven organizational leadership. As Executive Director of Target Markets Program Administrators Association (TMPAA), he has grown its membership, collaboration and business success with the help of a dedicated team and its advisory board. Successes include its well-attended TMPAA bi-annual meetings, the Program Administrator Best Practice Designation, Target University and TMPAA Charities. He now leads a similar growth-oriented effort for the Insurance Networks Alliance.

Ray began his career in social services and has a Master’s degree in Social Work.
