For nearly 20 years, Ray has been instrumental in member-driven organizational leadership. As Executive Director of Insurance Networks Alliance (INA), he has grown its membership, collaboration and business success with the help of a dedicated team and its advisory board. Successes during his tenure as Target Markets Program Administrators Association (TMPAA) Executive Director include its well-attended TMPAA bi-annual meetings, the Program Administrator Best Practice Designation, Target University and TMPAA Charities.

Ray began his career in social services and has a Master’s degree in Social Work.
