Steamboat Group Promotes Adam Rawlings to Assistant Vice President of Marketing

Steamboat Group is proud to announce that Adam Rawlings has been promoted to Assistant Vice President of Marketing!

Establishing and executing enterprise-wide marketing strategies are key objectives in his new role, which provides strategic leadership for all marketing, digital engagement, brand management, and demand generation initiatives across the organization. Key components include marketing technology and analytics, leadership, and operational oversight.

He is responsible for shaping and executing marketing initiatives that support business growth, brand positioning, and long-term operational effectiveness—particularly in complex, highly regulated environments. Adam’s work sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and analytics, ensuring marketing efforts are both impactful and sustainable.

With deep experience in marketing operations, data and analytics, and marketing technology, Adam focuses on building scalable frameworks that enable smarter decision-making and clearer performance measurement. He is known for translating business objectives into practical marketing systems, aligning content, campaigns, and reporting with executive priorities while maintaining a strong emphasis on data integrity, documentation, and process discipline.

Adam joined the company in 2020. He holds a BA and MA from the University of British Columbia, and a PhD from York University.
