WILMINGTON, Del., October 1, 2014 – Over 800 Program Business Professionals are expected at the 14th Annual Target Markets Program Administrators Association (TMPAA) Summit in Scottsdale, Arizona fromOctober 20-22 to build business relationships in a proven association networking format. The summit will feature Keynote Speaker Robert Mueller, III who served as our country’s sixth FBI director for 12 years, under two presidents. Director Mueller will share his insights on leading an organization in transition. He became the FBI director one week prior to 9/11 and has recently been called upon to independently investigate the NFL and its handling of the Ray Rice domestic violence situation.

Chief Executive and Deputy Chairman Stephen Catlin of Catlin Group Limited will deliver the industry keynote presentation. Catlin started his insurance career at BL Evens & Others then founded Catlin Underwriting Agencies Limited and later became Director of Equitas Holdings Limited. Catlin also served the industry in many professional association roles including  Chairman of the Lloyd’s Market Association and President of the Insurance Institute of London. He was selected as the Ernst & Young UK Entrepreneur of the Year in 2011 and is currently a Visiting Fellow at the Oxford University Centre for Corporate Reputation.
