Steamboat Group Promotes Adam Rawlings to Director of Marketing

Steamboat Group is excited to announce that Adam Rawlings has been promoted to Director of Marketing!

In this role, Adam helps achieve company goals using proven marketing, communication skills, and digital promotion in support of corporate strategies. He works closely with senior leadership to drive measurable company growth, efficiencies, service excellence, and effective communications to current and prospective clients, partners, and team members.

Adam is no stranger to developing and managing marketing strategy. His experience prior to joining Steamboat Group in August 2020 included managing marketing teams, editing web content, and developing new business proposals. Adam quickly moved up in marketing leadership at Steamboat – starting as a Marketing Automation Specialist to a promotion as Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing. He has extensive knowledge in both the technical and strategic sides of marketing, as well as best business practices in multiple technology platforms.

“Adam was a great addition to our team in 2020,” said supervisor Sonya O’Malley, SVP of Human Resources at Steamboat Group. “He has learned our business quickly and readily takes on additional responsibilities. This promotion is well-deserved, and I know he will continue to make an incredible impact in his new role.”
